Tommy Pace, Lara Young

Born of a love of craft beverages, the VIF brewery has been operating in the French region of Beaune since 2021. Its founders, Lara Young and Tommy Pace, produce beers that are both traditional and modern, inspired by the American, German and Belgian styles that they love so much. “We simply make the beers that we like to drink,” says Tommy, and you'll certainly like drinking them too.
