Opened in 2021 in Union Pier (Michigan), Seedz brews small batches of beer made with locally sourced grain and hops from the Midwest region of the United States. Seedz owner and brewer Ryan Ziarko makes lagers, ales and mixed fermentation beer inspired by the German and Belgian styles that he loves.
