Alexis Boisseau
In 2023, Alexis Boisseau left brewery En Stoemelings to launch his own brewing project in Brussels: Osma. He creates beers but also ciders and perries aged in oak barrels. His fermentations are either spontaneous or based on rye sourdough. Being very close to Belgian producers, he tries to pay tribute to their work by sublimating their raw products.
