Launched by Sébastien Poggio in the Munster valley in 2021, SPO showcases the Alsatian terroir with its rustic and well-balanced beers matured in barrels of local wines and spirits. The brewery offers mixed and wild fermentation beers, produced in very small quantities with local fruit and other ingredients. Beers for the most discerning palate, but also for anyone who wants to treat themselves to a fine beer to share with friends.
