At Les Grands Bois microbrewery, which also houses a show venue, beer and art unite to bring communities together. Félix St-Hilaire and Philippe Tessier make thirst-quenching beers following the great brewing traditions but with a touch of creativity added in for good measure. Located in a village not far from Québec City, the brewery's mission is to promote culture in a rural context while helping to invigorate Quebec’s brewing scene.
