Fauve Craft Bière is a French microbrewery based in Paris and Montpellier. Long-time friends Antoine Robic and Cyprien Maisonnier produce limited-edition beers that enable them to innovate constantly: variations on IPAs, fruit beers, “classic” beers and high-density beers alternate on the lines of their taprooms. They have also recently developed an ambitious line of barrel-aged beers.
