Bart Devillé, Akke Devillé

Located in Buizingen near Brussels, Den Herberg is a true family affair. Bart Devillé intended to make wine until his wife Ann encouraged him to take a brewing course. In the brewery, entirely set up by the family and their team, Bart and his eldest son Akke make classic Belgian beer styles, including a gueuze, a cuvée, a bruin and a triple. Meanwhile, Ann manages Café Den Herberg, where their beer is served.
