Established in a former butcher shop in the heart of Calvados, the Coupe Gorge microbrewery has been producing craft beers since 2021. Brewer Max Boulland is always on the lookout for new ideas, creating seasonal, limited-edition but also barrel-aged beers using revisited traditional recipes. His brews will appeal to fans of malty, hoppy, roasted and floral flavors—in short, there's something for everyone!
