Lias Kestemont

In 2016, the Kestemont family purchased the site of the former Goossens brewery in the Pajottenland, a region known as the birthplace of lambic. Brewmaster Lias Kestemont is now living his dream: owning and operating his own lambic brewery and perpetuating the lambic tradition in that historical area near Brussels. Lias is the creator and artistic influence behind all the delicious organic beers that come out of the brewery.
