Brasserie Surréaliste
Édouard Grison, Charles Grison
Housed in a stunning Art Deco building in the heart of Brussels, Brasserie surréaliste, which also boasts a taproom and a restaurant, is the brainchild of brothers Édouard and Charles Grison. Their first home brews were the starting point for this bold project. IPAs, pale ales and other hoppy beers are their trademark, but they also brew sour beers and barrel-aged beers, among others.
