Benoit Couillard

In 2015, Benoit Couillard (co-founder of the Pit Caribou microbrewery) aspired to open his own artisanal farm-brewery. And so Auval was born in Val-d'Espoir, Quebec, surrounded by fields where the berries, honey and certain rustic grains that go into making his beers are harvested. These beers are highly regarded and rarely available outside the Gaspésie region. Let's enjoy them!
