Goodness, it’s time to get excited! We’re welcoming Averie Swanson to BXL BeerFest with her latest project Keeping Together. Most of you may know her as a Jester King alumnus, and she moved from Texas to Illinois to continue her legacy in sour and funky beer. Her specialty is saisons, whether they’re traditionally barrel-aged, or with a huge variety of innovative ingredients added to them. Like a veritable Queen Midas, we do know that whatever Averie touches, it’s solid (or liquid) gold!
