Based in Braine-l'Alleud and run by Emanuele Corazzini, NovaBirra ("new beer" in Italian) is a Belgian brewery that also offers brewing courses. The brewery produces elegant, well-balanced beers that are inspired by different brewing styles but firmly rooted in Belgian tradition. While their stouts and IPAs are tasty, they also dare to venture into the realm of sour beers.
