Brewer Michaël Novo makes no concessions in terms of the ingredients and processes used and of respect for the environment. It couldn't be otherwise, given that the brewery's facilities are located in the Haute-Savoie region. Innovative by nature, the beers from Mont Salève are sometimes surprising but always made with passion and full of character.
