The three buddies behind the young La Flaque microbrewery are still brewing at Illegaal in Forest, but they are ambitious and aim to create beers in which creativity meets tradition. Defining themselves as “the new brewing generation, ready to break the matrix codes and reinvent chaos”, the trio is certainly not afraid to think big. Judge for yourself!
