With Kemker Kultuur, a brewery and farm located near Münster (Westphalia), Nicole and Jan Kemker create barrel-aged sour beers and ciders with ingredients that come from their own harvest or from local partners. They also use their own house culture of wild yeasts and lactic acid bacteria. Comparable to good wines, their drinks feature complex and fruity flavors that offer excellent possibilities for food pairings.
