Dieu du ciel! is a real institution in Quebec. Established in Montréal in 1998 by Jean-François Gravel and Stéphane Ostiguy, it rapidly became one of the province's best known and most recognized microbreweries. With its regular and seasonal beers, whose quality is matched only by their diversity, Dieu du Ciel! has helped to make craft beer accessible and popular throughout Canada.
