Grégoire Jacquot is part of a new generation of cider makers who want to enhance the reputation of this historic beverage. He set up his cider mill in Reillon, the Lorraine village where he grew up. Passionate about tree cultivation, he harvests the region's fruits by hand in traditional orchards. His ciders are fermented exclusively with wild yeasts. After the main fermentation in vats, they are bottle-fermented for several months to ensure their natural sparkling.
