The beers from the Blaugies family brewery are unfiltered and refermented in bottles or casks, which gives them a unique and authentic taste. Among the selection of eight craft beers brewed by Kévin Carlier is the famous Vermontoise, created in collaboration with the people of Hill Farmstead, in which Belgian terroir meets the rural charm of Vermont.
