The people behind the Bierol brewery are no traditionalists. Inspired by the craft beer Christoph Bichler discovered in America, he and his friends Max Karner and Marko Nikolic produce IPAs, stouts and other styles that were unknown in Tyrol ten years ago. They love experimenting with local grains and barrel aging, but their beer is not just unconventional : it’s also fresh and top quality.
