Xavier Bailleux

This family-run French brewery and restaurant is located close to the Belgian border. Xavier Bailleux, son, grandson and great-grandson of brewers, has been crafting his own beers here since 2010, pairing them with regional cuisine. As in his father Alain's time, the beers from Au Baron boast the scent of cereals and yeast. The iconic Cuvée des jonquilles is the perfect example.
