Because of Covid-19, the 4th edition of BXLBeerFest has been postponed to 21&22 August 2021.
All entry tickets and tokens, previously bought for BXLBeerFest 2020, have been transfered to BXLBeerFest 2021.
You don't need to do anything. You won't get a new ticket. Your entry ticket/tokens are valid to access BXLBeerFest 2021.
During a press conference about COVID-19 measures, the Belgian federal government has confirmed yesterday that festivals like BXLBeerFest are not allowed until end of summer. But we have good news...
The 4th edition of BXLBeerFest is postponed to 21&22 August 2021.
Same place: Tour&Taxis.
Same city: Brussels.
If you’ve bought an entry ticket or tokens for BXLBeerFest 2020, your tickets will be transfered to the 2021 event. You will get further instructions by email. If you have any questions, please send an email to email@example.com with your order informations. We won't be giving any support on social media so please direct all your questions to our email. Thanks for your understanding.
As you already know, the Exclusive Beer Packs 2020 will be available this year. You can choose to be delivered directly at home via Être Gourmet (by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order informations before the 10th of June 2020). If you don’t, you will be able to pick up your pack from 22 August 2020 to the end of this year at Moeder Lambic Fontainas (Brussels). You now have a very long period to pick up your pack in Brussels.
Be sure that we will do everything we can to host a great and unforgettable BXLBeerFest 2021. In the meantime, stay safe and take care of you and your loved ones.
First of all, please forgive us for leaving you in the dark for several weeks, but we needed to be sure about what we can do. As you already know, because of the COVID-19 measures taken by the Belgian federal government, we are not allowed to host the 4th edition of BXLBeerFest in August this year, as previously planned, for obvious sanitary reasons but…
EXCLUSIVE BEER PACKS 2020
As many of you have asked the Exclusive Beer Packs will still be available this year as planned. A big thank you to the 6 brewers that accepted to make their special beer for BXLBeerFest during these difficult times: Brasserie Cantillon (BE), Brasserie de Blaugies (BE), The Kernel (UK), La Franche (FR), De Kromme Haring (NL) and Nectar Bohème (BE).
If you've bought an Exclusive Beer Pack, you will be able to pick it up in Brussels on 22&23 August 2020 (and probably during an extended period). Place and time will be communicated in the following weeks. We also propose a worldwide delivery in partnership with Être Gourmet. If you want your pack to be delivered at home, please let us know before the 10th of June 2020 by sending an email to email@example.com with your order informations.
If you choose to pick up your pack yourself, you don't need to do anything, just show up with your ticket. In all cases, you will receive an email with all details and instructions. If you have any question, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order informations. We won't be giving any support on social media, so please direct all your questions to our email. Thanks for your understanding.
We still have some Exclusive Beer Packs available for you. These packs will go on sale at 6pm (Brussels Time) next Tuesday (2nd of June 2020). There are not many packs left, so if you want one be there in time.
4th EDITION OF BXLBEERFEST IN 2021
The 4th edition of BXLBeerFest is postponed to the end of August 2021. To be perfectly honest with you, we don’t know the exact dates at this time. It is now a matter of days to be 100% sure. As soon as we know, we will tell you.
If you've bought an entry ticket and/or tokens for BXLBeerFest 2020, you will be able to transfer these tickets to the 2021 event. Anyway, you will receive an email with all details and instructions.
We can't wait to see you in 2021 or even again this year if you come to pick up your beer pack. In the meantime, take care of you and your loved ones. All together we will defeat this disease and meet again to share craft beers from around the globe.
It is with a great sadness that we have to announce that the 4e edition of BXLBeerFest will not take place on 22&23 August 2020. Belgian federal government has forbidden mass events, like festivals, until 31 August 2020. We have no choice but to postpone this 4th edition of BXLBeerFest. New dates will be communicated soon. People who have already bought a ticket and/or a pack will be personaly contacted. Be assured we will do everything to let you know all details as soon as we can. Be safe, stay home and hope for a brigther future.
Not just another beer festival
We want to give Brussels the place it deserves at the top of the list of the best beer cities in the world. Many of the world's capital cities already have an internationally acclaimed craft beer festival. Not only should Brussels be included in that list, but it should feature right at the very top. The BXLBeerFest aims to put it there.
BXLBeerFest has plenty of international ambition. Beer lovers and enthusiasts from all over the world will be welcome to discover a wide selection of beers from Brussels and from the rest of Belgium as well as from other places around the world (60 breweries from 10 different countries). Beer has no boundaries!
We have selected only independent breweries who produce nothing but quality craft beers. The best thing is that they’re all friends. We're creating a crossroads where these friends can meet. At BXLBeerFest there is no place for industrial beers. Good, honest beer, straight from the brewer to you!
Convivial, easy-going, an environment to enjoy and taste beer... We aim to create a new standard because good, honest beer deserves your full attention. Delivered by us in a professional way and tasted by you in a relaxed atmosphere. That's the way we do it in Brussels!
Beer. But not only that. Beer AND good food: it goes together like malt and hops. Culinary, gastronomic, authentic... We’ll give beer the culinary recognition it deserves at the BXLBeerFest.
Co-owner and passionate spirit of Moeder Lambic, an internationally acclaimed bar that played a big role, and still does, in the good reputation of Brussels concerning fine, authentic beer. Experienced taster with an honest opinion. Loves good authentic and artisanal products.
Favorite beers: Cantillon Lou Pepe Kriek, De Ranke XX Bitter, Brasserie de la Senne Taras Boulba.
Owner of Nüetnigenough and notorious nighthawk. With his Nüetnigenough restaurant he managed to put Brussels on the map when it comes to good, artisanal beer and authentic cuisine. Nüetnigenough has become a must-go for every beer tourist but the locals surely aren’t strangers to this fine spot. Knows the Brussels bars and restaurants like the inside of his pocket.
Passionate gourmand, avid gourmet. Working as a web developer and beer reporter, he created his own communication agency MeetMyBeers.com, to help small independent breweries with their identity. Doesn't fear the debate, even likes to start it up. Likes to share his enthusiasm for craft beers.
Favorite beers:Tilquin Gueuze à l'Ancienne, Blaugies/Hill Farmstead La Vermontoise, Brasserie de Bastogne Ardenne Stop
Self-employed. Selling window and door hardware during the day, avid taster and blogger on BelgianBeerGeek.be after hours. Fan of beer with a good head and a big dose of aromatic hops. Likes to watch breweries and trends from a distance with a healthy portion of common sense.
Favorite beers: 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze, Brouwerij 't Verzet Super NoAH, Dieu du Ciel Péché Mortel.
